The Hilton Singapore Cheesecakes became a hit in Singapore in the late 1990s and ask anybody for recommendation, it will be none other the popular Hilton's American Cheesecake. Described by ST 50 yummiest cakes to be a hit since it was introduced in 1970s, this cake is still a winner for its undeniably rich texture.
It has this very nice buttery cookie base as well as the baked glaze on top, making it a perfect match. This is worth the every bit of $7.30 nett.
Apart from American Cheese, Hilton also has a fair selection of flavours ranging from Blueberry, Oreo, Walnut, Marble, etc and are available as a whole @ $69.55 nett (1.5kg) and UOB cardholders can enjoy a 15% off.

As of 19th Oct 09, each slice of Hilton's cheesecake cost $7.80 nett.
Taste-wise just as good as before with velvetly smooth combination of cream cheese and sour cream.
For your information, if the flavour of the cheesecake is not available off the shelf, one can write in to checkers.singapore@hilton.com and will be surprised that the hotel chefs is able to accomodate the request.
