The outer layer of the Lychee Krish Mousse is made up by white chocolate, the inner layer contains blueberry jam pudding (very similar to Hi-Chew), Lychee Mousse and sponge cake. Personally, I felt that this was a pretty awkward combination, none of the flavours stood out. Though the lychee mousee in the middle was light and refreshing, it was too weak and mild.
